I reached out about the warranty expecting some basic help, but it pretty much went nowhere. You’d think warranty support would at least point you in the right direction, but I didn’t get anything useful back.

I put these on my car and I’ll give them credit, the handling definitely feels better, especially going around corners. The car feels more planted than it did before. That said, the ride got a lot harsher than I expected, so it’s not exactly great for everyday driving. The install info on the site also wasn’t very clear, and it took me way longer than it should have to figure out what actually fit right. On top of that, I swear the terms/details seemed to change from what I originally read, which was annoying when you’re trying to make sure you’re buying the right thing. Not the worst purchase, but for the money, I was expecting a smoother experience overall

I tried ordering some shocks, but the checkout process was a mess. After I entered my shipping info, the page kept freezing, so I had to retype everything twice. Then when I finally got to payment, it just kicked me back with no clear error message or anything helpful. What a joke. I ended up giving up and buying from somewhere else.

i mean, I expected these shocks to hold up better for the price. They started giving me issues sooner than I thought they would, and it was annoying having to replace them that quickly.

I swapped over to Bilstein shocks the truck feels a lot smoother. There’s way less rattling when I hit bumps, and the road noise isn’t nearly as annoying as it was before. Daily drives are a lot more comfortable now, so I’m happy with the upgrade.

I emailed them twice about this, and it didn’t feel like I got any real help. It was more like I was just being ignored with that whole thing, which was frustrating.

I was able to find my shocks quickly using the filters, which was nice!! The search worked smoothly overall... not perfect, but definitely easy enough!!!

I tried using the dealer locator, but uh, it wasn’t really helpful. It didn’t show me any nearby options, so I ended up feeling like it was useless.

I put this on over the weekend, and it bolted up easily. Took a little time to get everything lined up, but nothing major came up and I didn’t run into any real issues

Am I missing something here? I was expecting a lot more for the price, but it just didn’t feel worth the money to me. Maybe it works better for other people, but my experience was underwhelming.

They did process the refund and I got my money back, which is the main thing. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I had to reach out once to check on it, so I was kind of wondering if… you know.
Overall, not a bad experience, just average. If they were a bit quicker with refunds or sent more updates along the way, it would’ve felt a lot smoother.

I put Bilstein shocks on my truck a few weeks ago the ride feels a lot more controlled now. Bumps don’t smack as hard, and on the highway it’s not all floaty like it used to be, which was driving me nuts after a while.
